Authority to declare the results is vested solely with GATE Office, IIT Bombay. In case any claim or dispute arises in respect of CEED 2012, the Courts and Tribunals in Mumbai and Mumbai alone shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to entertain and settle any such dispute or claim.

CEED results will be mailed only to those candidate who qualify in Part-A and Part-B and for other candidates results will be displayed on the website (www.iitb.ac.in/gate). Information provided by the candidates in the application and the results will be shared with the concerned design programmes, and may be used for statistical purposes.

The Score Card is valid for a period of two years from the date of declaration of the results. It cannot be treated as a proof of date of birth, category and disability status.
