In rare cases, it may be necessary to postpone the GATE 2021 examination because of situations beyond the control of GATE committee.

*Miscellaneous Activities are, (i) Conducting trial (mock) test by zonal GATE IIT/IISc officials (NOT for candidates), (ii) Briefing to Invigilators, (iii) Scribes selection (if any), (iv) Preparation of exam centre including Sanitisation & other activities (display posters, signboard, seating arrangements etc.), (v) Optional visit by Candidates to check the exam centre, etc.
